General Terms and Conditions Whiskey Tasting

These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to participation in the whiskey tasting organized by Bagpiper Maik ("Organizer"). By participating in the whiskey tasting, you agree to these Terms.


1. Age limit

1.1. Participants must be at least 18 years old to participate in the whiskey tasting. This may be checked by the organizer.


2. Registration and Payment

2.1. Registration for the whiskey tasting is possible via the Organizer's website or in other ways specified by the Organizer.

2.2. A stated deposit must be paid before the whiskey tasting is confirmed.

2.3. Participants are obliged to pay the registration fee due according to the indicated rates and payment methods.


3. Cancellation and Refund

3.1. Cancellation by participants is possible up to 7 days before the planned tasting. If you cancel within this period, no refund will be given.

3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or change the tasting for reasons beyond their control. In such cases the Organizer will make alternative arrangements or issue a refund.


4. Responsible Alcohol Consumption

4.1. Participants are encouraged to use alcohol responsibly. Excessive drinking will not be tolerated.

4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or terminate any person's participation in the tasting if that person is drunk or misbehaves.


5. Liability

5.1. The Organizer is not liable for any personal damage, loss or theft of property during the whiskey tasting.

5.2. Participants are responsible for their own behavior and must follow the instructions of the Organizer.


6. Imagery

6.1. Photos and videos can be taken during the tasting. By participating, you give the Organizer permission to use this material for promotional purposes.


7. Governing Law and Disputes

7.1. These Terms and Conditions are subject to Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Assen.

By participating in the whiskey tasting, you agree to these Terms.


8. Location and permits

8.1. Technically speaking, a permit cannot and should not be given just everywhere. The client is responsible for the permit and location.
